The location was perfect for us! Great walk through woods to Common/Golf club and public footpath across golf club to cliff path and glorious views to the Needles and I O W. Our jack russell, Max, loved the wonderful garden and explored everywhere! The cottage is obviously steeped in history and has real character. New forest 5 minute drive away and beaches 5 minutes by car (15 minute walk), the location is great. Bedrooms very comfortable and whole cottage has been converted to give you everything you need for relaxing stay. Conservatory a great addition to cottage with access to really lovely garden. Easy parking at front for 2 cars down a narrow country lane. It's as good as it looks when you arrive!

Smugglers Cottage is picture perfect with roses almost around the front door! Tucked away in a quiet pocket of Barton on Sea this property will definitely take 'relaxing holiday' to another level. It is just an oasis of peace and beauty. A 10 minute stroll will find you on the sea front with a slope down to the beach and glorious views across the Solent. A buzzy café for daytime food and lashings of ice cream, fancy dining at Pebbles Beach and a parade of shops for essentials are all close by.
