Smugglers Snug is managed by my managing agents Airhomelets- We are on hand 7 days a week from 9am - 9pm should you require any assistance during your stay. Smugglers Snug is a bright and airy 2 bedroom maisonette over looking Rottingdean high street and beach. The location really doesn’t get much better for easy access to the beach. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The property has been designed and refurbished to the highest of standards. Smugglers Snug has a large living room with large stylish sofa great for chilling out on after a busy day on the beach. We have smart TV for guest to use with app access using there own logins. The property boasts 2 large double bedrooms, all bright and airy with super king beds with the option for both rooms to be split into single beds upon request (at least 1 weeks notice.) The property has 2 luxury bathrooms both with large modern showers. Fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for provided each stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. Complimentary teas and coffees are included for your stay. This stunning property comes with a terrace area overlooking the windmill on the south downs. Smugglers Snug has plenty of beach equipment such as beach towels, cool bag, picnic hamper, beer coolers and beach toys for children.

Smugglers snug is located just seconds from Rottingdean seafront. In terms of location it really doesn't get much better for easy access to the beach which is seconds from the front door. Rottingdean high street has lots of shops, tearooms and pubs right on your doorstep. It is a 20 minute drive to Brighton Pier, Brighton's Royal Pavilion, the world famous Lanes and the North Laine area which is packed with over 600 independent retailers selling everything from antiques to vegetarian shoes. Alternatively if you enjoy walking you can take a walk along to Brighton Marina or a quick bus or car ride along where you will find yacht harbour, shopping hub with fashion boutiques, galleries, craft shops, casual eateries with terraces overlooking the water, Casino thats open 24/7 and Bowling complex. You can catch the Volk’s Electric Railway which shuttles between the Marina and Brighton Pier.
