This is an ideal retreat for a family or a small group looking to explore the local London life from an easily accessible location with brilliant transport links & close proximity to London ExCel Centre.

East Ham is a district in the London Borough of Newham, England, 8 miles (12.8 km) east of Charing Cross. Within the boundaries of the historic county of Essex, East Ham is identified in the London Plan as a Major Centre. The property is located 2 minutes away from Central Park, a spacious park featuring open lawns, walking trails & a playground, plus basketball & tennis courts. The London Excel International Exhibition Centre is also nearby. Guests can reach it using public transport: it's a short bus ride to Beckton DLR, followed by 6 stops to the Excel Centre (Custom House). The total journey time is approximately 21 minutes.
