Excellent location - 20 metres from Manor House tube station, across the road from Finsbury Park and set against the reservoirs of Woodberry Down, this spacious 1 bedroom flat has the perfect balance of green spaces within a busy city!
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a contemporary very secure gated community. Fitted with comfy sofa, TV, dining table, it's a great way to relax after a long day in the city. The Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven and dishwasher - all set for you to prepare a tasty home cooked meal and not have to worry about scrubbing dishes. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample storage space, plenty of natural light and a dedicated work area. The balcony is suitable for dining and sits against lush green trees which offers tranquillity in a busy area. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby In addition to green spaces aforementioned, Clissold Park is also a 10 minute walk.
