This charming Victorian property situated in the popular historic town of Ely unites old world charm with modern facilities to ensure a comfortable stay for both holiday breaks and business accommodation requirements. The house comes with two double sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles. All linens and towels are provided. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal with integrated electric oven, hobs, kettle, fridge and microwave. An open space lounge and dining area includes plenty of space to relax and dine. A flat screen wall mounted TV is equipped with Freeview TV that has access to Netflix and other Apps. Broadband is unlimited and included in the price. The spacious main bathroom includes a large double shower cubicle, bath, toilet and sink. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all included alongside plenty of spare towels. A separate utility room including a secondary toilet and sink is also equipped with a 7kg capacity washing machine and clothes drying racks for your convenience. I have been running St Johns Road as a guest house to both family and business guests for the last year and have really enjoyed the experience. I come from a design background and have found a lot of satisfaction from ensuring that the house provides a memorable experience for all guests by bringing back to life the original aspects of the house and combining them with plenty of modern facilities.
The guest house is located on a residential road in the area of Chesterton, which is a thirty-minute walk from the centre of town.
