Located very conveniently in the uphill area of Lincoln making it very easy to walk into the city centre and explore historic Lincoln as well. The property was very clean when we arrived and the facilities provided were sufficient for my family of 5. The owner was very proactive in providing all the necessary information we needed before arriving and was also always available on the phone if required. We would definitely book this property again if returning to Lincoln.

Property has everything needed for a family stay - cooking, sleeping, relaxing after a longer walk. There’s books for the little ones and interesting reading for the adults. A nice touch was the folder with suggestions on what to do around town and all the manuals for the appliances which made us feel like we’re at home away from home. Property also has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and an oven. It was easy to find it, the keys were easy to get, the staff checked in via the booking app to make sure everything is ok but we had all the privacy we needed. Property also has a secluded garden and private entry and is located on a quiet street. At the same fine everything is really close, a walking distance to the castle and cathedral as well as some grocery shops and pubs.

The size of the rooms was excellent. The house was clean and we were two families so the additional bathroom was great. Rachel was a lovely host who communicated with us quickly in response to messages. The kitchen was well appointed with extras like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. We felt secure with two entrance doors both lockable. A nice house in a brilliant location. Recycle bins are provided outside the back of the house.

Lovely traditional mid-terrace house in a quiet side street of the same housing style, thoroughly modernised, clean and welcoming, very good large screen tv and all the expected kitchen equipment. On road parking 24/7 and only one street away from the main road and bus route into the city. We would definitely stay again were we to visit Lincoln.
