Rebuilt in the 1820s it is Grade II listed, together with the two bridges in the grounds – one of which forms part of the entrance drive. The manor house and coach house have been converted into apartments, all furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with many luxurious touches that will appeal to the most discerning of visitors. Access to the front door of the Manor is by three stone steps. Some of the accommodation features four poster beds, some offer spa baths and some offer saunas. Heron is a first floor studio-style apartment, whilst Riverview and Riverbank enjoy a secluded position on the banks of the small cascading river, with pretty aspects across the river and parkland towards the lake – these two cottages include special features to make them suitable for wheelchair users.
