Welcome to 10 The Bank, a place where guests can experience the peaceful and traditional English village life. 10 The Bank is a cared-for cottage in the idyllic village of Stoneleigh. Enjoy premium interior styling, a relaxing log burner and boutique hotel comforts throughout. Fully equipped garden office with wired internet, heating and picturesque village views. Ideal romantic getaway, work-from-home "workcation" or base for attending events at Stoneleigh Park (5 mins) and the NEC (20 mins). Within easy reach of Kenilworth, Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-Upon-Avon and the Cotswolds.
I live very close by and I'm happy to assist you at most times of the day should you need a hand with anything at all. I'd be happy to greet you and show you around the property when you arrive, equally I am very happy to keep a distance and leave you to your privacy.
*** Important note *** This property is not suitable for guests who may struggle with stairs as there are a flight of steps to access the property, as well as an internal spiral staircase to access the bathroom and bedrooms. Location: In the village of Stoneleigh you can enjoy a drink at the Village Club just 1 minute walk. Uber and the popular takeaway apps are also conveniently available at this location. Your local train stations are Kenilworth , Coventry and Leamington Spa, the latter two having direct routes to London in just over an hour. Outside of the village, the closest city is Coventry (5 minutes drive) and your closest town is Kenilworth (10 minutes) closely followed by Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick (15 minutes). These locations provide all conveniences for supermarkets and restaurants. Stoneleigh Park is just 5 minutes drive away, and you can walk there via mostly public footpath. The NEC is only a 20 minute drive away, but do take traffic into consideration when planning your route. Country walks are on your doorstep with around 5-8km of public footpaths, perfect for walkers. If you cycle, you will be pleased to learn the road is already on a quiet small road that leads to popular cycling routes. Golfers will have plenty of choice with at least 4 nearby golf clubs within 10 minutes drive. In less than 45 minutes you can also reach the beautiful Cotswolds, not to be missed!
