Perfect location, close to village life but quiet at night time. A cosy well equipped flat, with everything needed in a holiday home. Very clean inside, and nice touches with fresh flowers. Our first time in St Mawes..... We loved it.

It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms – a double and a bunk room, together with shower-room. Open-plan living-dining room and separate kitchen. A brilliantly convenient base for exploring the beautiful Roseland peninsula with its quiet beaches and excellent water sports activities, and close to good pubs and restaurants and the bustling harbour from which the pedestrian ferry sails to Falmouth. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 people, including Pets are not permitted to stay at this property.
