With three good sized bedrooms, very spacious living and dinning room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Excellent transport links, amenities right outside the door. And the beach less than a mile away! Most of the road on which the house is located has houses on both sides of the street, but plenty of free parking on both, so you shouldn’t have trouble finding a parking space if you’re driving. And the house is easy to reach by car, being just off the M4 motorway which stretches west further into Wales and east all the way to London. Not bringing the car? No problem. Several bus routes serve the local area and you can always order taxis or choose to walk or cycle. Both Port Talbot railway station and bus station is less than a mile from the property which is easy to reach too, with services connecting to destinations across much of Wales and into England.
