Welcome to our beautiful terrace house in Brighton. We hope you enjoy your stay. Sea view with high speed WiFi, surrounded by South Downs National Park. Free on-road parking. 2 minutes drives to Brighton stadium and Brighton Sussex University. Marine and sea front within 4 minutes drive. If you like to drive a bit more, you can get to the famous Seven Sisters or historical little towns on the south coast. Bus service just 22/22A frequent stops just outside the house. All local shops, cafes, doctor, dentist and Library 5 minutes walk to Warren road. Few fences down after the last storm but in the process of been sorted. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers smart television and internet access with free WiFi, YouTube, free Disney+, free Prime video. This terrace house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 people. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is one bunk bed for two and a separate single bed if needed. The third bedroom contains a single bed and lastly a double sofa bed in the living room. There is 1 bathroom with shower and bath and a separate 1 toilet. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am for a more relaxed time. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free on-road parking - Pets are not allowed at the property.
