The Sea House is a beautiful and recently renovated large 4-bedroom holiday home spread over 3 floors and situated in one of the most desirable streets in Whitstable with beautiful views over the golf course and out to sea. This luxury home sleeps up to 8 people and is equipped to the very highest standards throughout. Featuring underfloor heating, handmade ash doors, a (gas) wood-burning fireplace, a large open planned kitchen and dining area with sliding doors onto a 100ft landscaped garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with a Nespresso machine (and milk frother!), all the pots and pans you could need (replaced at least once a year) a Ninja blender, a Dualit toaster, and a Roberts Radio. The garden has been designed with 3 different areas: closest to the house is an outdoor dining table and BBQ, the middle part has a bistro table and chairs, and at the end of the garden is a large outdoor sofa, chairs, and canopy with seating for 8. The house is beautifully furnished with Loaf and Soho Home furniture and Farrow and Ball paints throughout. The downstairs has underfloor heated Amtico flooring and the upstairs has reclaimed old-school radiators. There are two interconnecting living rooms with two sofas (Loaf), 3 armchairs, two coffee tables, and of course, a smart TV. The Master Bedroom has a Superking-sized bed, a Smart TV, separate toilet, walk-in shower and a bath with views out to sea ... There are two more large double bedrooms, one looking out to sea and the other over the garden. Both have ample wardrobe space and are beautifully furnished. They are also large enough to have chairs for daydreaming ... The final bedroom is a big double bedroom with two single beds which has been equally beautifully furnished. There are two bathrooms; one in the Master and a very large family bathroom on the middle floor. In addition, there is a downstairs toilet. There are blankets and books throughout the house to make it a home from home.
