Beautifully converted historic barn outside Salcombe conserving many original features. Two large living rooms each with smart TVs and plenty of cosy seating. Large kitchen and dining area. Extensive landscaped gardens with several patios with seating and dining. Short walk to safe long sandy beach ideal for swimming and water-based activities like kayaking and SUPs. Wide choice of pubs and restaurants within easy reach in Malborough, Salcombe and Kingsbridge all within 4 miles

You may find you have poor mobile signal in our valley but the house Wi-Fi works well so feel free to contact me using the usual Wi-Fi based apps
The Linhay is situated in an idyllic rural valley only a mile from the famous Thurlestone Sands beach with its iconic rock arch and safe gently shelving beach ideal for swimming, SUP boarding, kayaking and other water activities. We are only 10 minutes drive away from Salcombe or Kingsbridge, both having a plethora of eating, drinking and shopping options. The South West Coast Path runs right along our beach so the options for walkers from here are limitless. We leave a set of suggestions in our Guest Manual.
