The location was a short walk from Newlyn and the view out to sea from the spacious balcony was excellent. Parking outside the apartment was easy and the flat was well equipped and comfortable. The rooms were large, bright and warm.

3 bed, sea view, two storey penthouse apartment with large sun terrace, situated right on the seafront and south facing to catch the sun all day. Family bathroom, kitchen with washing machine and dryer. 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 adults or up to 8 including young children in cot beds. The apartment is a stone's throw from a supermarket, the promenade is directly opposite, and there are 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There are also 2 playgrounds, tennis courts and a skatepark very nearby.
I live within a short distance of the property and available in the event of any queries or simply looking for local advice.
