The owner was clearly very passionate and very welcoming and friendly. The house was beautifully furnished and there was great attention to detail all around. The location was ideal as well, in a little side street of a main road, with shops all around and easy access to the town centre.

A large, luxury, Victorian house; you’ll have access to a double bedroom in this newly renovated home inclusive of wifi throughout the home. The large double bedroom comes with a wardrobe and storage space. You’ll have full access to & use of the living room, kitchen and newly renovated back garden. Use of washing machine, fridge/freezers and white goods, and wifi are also included.
I am a friendly, home owner and property developer who loves interior design. I enjoy the outdoors, weekend getaways, movies and I thrive on adventure. I take great pride in caring for guests and it is my desire that every guest welcomed, feels a sense of ‘home from home.’
Hull is a growing city of culture with much to do and explore, including iconic museums such as the William Wilberforce Museum, the prestigious Ferens Art Gallery, live entertainment and the arts at the Truck Theatre. It also boasts an outstanding marina surrounded by some of Yorkshire’s finest eateries. Filled with shopping centres and the infamous Hammonds of Hull. It is also within a drive of York and Leeds, as well as the local treasures of Beverley and Hessle. The main train station and city is only a 10 minute drive from the from the front door. Public transport is also only a 2 minute walk from the house.
