The house was clean. I love that the house is inside away from the road which makes it safe. All the shops are nearby and so the buses to central London.

Relax in this stylish new-built bungalow with eco-green roof. Located in a private secure, 2-unit development, it is set back from the main road, providing a tranquil environment to relax and unwind. It is on a single level, and is therefore family friendly. Its lovely landscaped private decking area is a treat to behold and is ideal for chilling out after a long day exploring the delights of London. It has brilliant transport links & the London ExCel Centre is only a short journey away.

East Ham is a district in the London Borough of Newham, England, 8 miles (12.8 km) east of Charing Cross. Within the boundaries of the historic county of Essex, East Ham is identified in the London Plan as a Major Centre. The property is located 2 minutes away from Central Park, a spacious park featuring open lawns, walking trails & a playground, plus basketball & tennis courts. The London Excel International Exhibition Centre is also nearby. Guests can reach it using public transport: it's a short bus ride to Beckton DLR, followed by 6 stops to the Excel Centre (Custom House). The total journey time is approximately 21 minutes. If traveling by car, it takes about 20 minutes. The Newham General Hospital is also nearby. The local bust terminal is just 2 minutes walk away, with plenty of bus routes available. East Ham Underground Tube Station is about 15 minutes walk in one direction, and the Beckton DLR station is a 7 minute bus ride in the other direction. No parking is available on site. There is parking restrictions in the surrounding streets.
