Spacious, quirky and warm lounge and kitchen/dining room. Two large comfortable sofas and TV in all rooms! Bedrooms huge, warm, spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. Our grandson is at nearby Kirkstall halls of residence and apartment was perfectly located for this and Headingley railway station. Bottle of fizz and posh crisps were a lovely, welcoming touch. Quiet location and plenty of free parking directly outside.

Luxurious and spacious designer 3 bed flat spread over 2 levels with an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, 3 large bedrooms (with 2 kingsize beds and 2 singles), and 2 industrial OSB style bathrooms. Both bathrooms have large walk in shower and the 1st flor bathroom also boasts a free-standing roll top bath. Smart TV's in the lounge and bedrooms, vintage furniture and decor and a bright and fun interior. Kitted out with everything you need for a business trip, or city break. With free parking and all mod cons. Located in the leafy suburb of Kirkstall, just 2 short stops on the train into Leeds City centre.
My wife Debs and I have always loved to travel and like spending as much time as we can outdoors. We've recently been joined by our 2 daughters - by far our most demanding guests, but also easily bribed with ice cream! We are regular travellers ourselves and have always appreciated the little extras and thoughtful touches in some of the places we have stayed. We have tried to do the same for our own guests and create a real home away from home. We're also from Leeds and want to help make sure our guests get the most of your stay here with plenty of local knowledge.
Kirkstall is a charming neighbourhood located in the vibrant city of Leeds and is a fantastic place to stay when visiting this dynamic city. Nestled along the banks of the River Aire, Kirkstall offers a unique blend of historical charm and modern convenience that caters to a wide range of interests and preferences. With its rich history, including the iconic Kirkstall Abbey, and an array of contemporary amenities, visitors to Kirkstall can enjoy the best of both worlds. This welcoming community provides easy access to Leeds' bustling city centre (two stops on the train - you'll barely have time to sit down!) while also offering a peaceful retreat from the urban hustle and bustle. The Abbey hosts various events through the year and is also a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by in summer. Neighbouring Headingley offers and even greater array of cafes, pubs & restaurants as well as Headingley stadium which hosts international rugby and cricket matches.
