This stunning coastal semi is a stone's throw away from the beachfront. Three double rooms and one single room with super comfortable and stylish room spaces. This house is large enough for families, large groups, or couples looking for that romantic break beside the coast. The main living room at the front of the house is a comfortable living space, with two large sofas, glass coffee table and piano. The rear living space has lots of space to chill, a log burner and smart tv. Toys, table & chairs for the kids. Sliding doors to a lovely decked area and private gardens,seating area and tables, outside lights and BBQ. Shed has bikes, toys and deck chairs. Country-style kitchen with integrated fridge, freezer, stove oven cooker, and microwave in the utility room. Integrated dishwasher and essential kitchenware. Seating for 9 people. The washing machine tumble dryer, microwave and cleaning essentials are located in the utility room. Toilet and sink located at end of the hallway. Bed 1 - large double bed, built-in wardrobes, and dressing table. Bed 2 - Large double-day bed, single bed and built-in wardrobes. Bed 3 - Single bed Bed 4 - Attic bedroom, large double bed with en-suite
Hello! We are very easy-going hosts, we are a young family and have lived in Whitley Bay for over 10 years. We greet our guests with a very warm welcome, however, we will leave you to enjoy your space. Our passion is to renovate properties which we have done quite a lot of over the years and are always looking for the next project. Joanne runs her own charity and I run a media company working with businesses. We still love the coast and it is the ideal place for a holiday or short break.
The location is perfectly situated near the town of Whitley Bay with award-winning beaches, cafes, shops, and restaurants. You have easy access to the city centre of Newcastle, with the metro located 5 minutes walk from the house. The beach and Spanish City are also 5 minutes walk away. You will have access to the entire house. Guest access Access to the full house.
