Nice flat which has got everything u need it . Very comfortable bed . It’s close to all shops . I highly recommend it

A newly refurbished studio apartment in Kemptown. Situated a 2 min walk to the beach & Soho House. This secluded basement apartment which is situated off the busy St James Street has been refurbished to a high standard to included a large open plan kitchen area, lounge sitting room & open plan raised double bed with ample storage. This is a perfect spot to explore all that our City has to offer. Bars and restaurants a plenty on your doorstep. Note limited mobile signal but can connect to WiFi.
I am always on hand via what’s app or via AirBnB should you have any questions or require any advice on where to visit, restaurants or bars. 👍 if you have an emergency or you can’t find the apartment I am on hand via my mobile. Number will be provided prior to arrival.
A buzzy area full of bars, restaurants and night clubs. Co-op is across the road for all you essencials or Morrisons is further down the road. The laines and city centre are a five minute walk away. The apartment entrance is a stones throw to the beach. Short walk to Brighton City centre and Brighton marina. If your a member of Soho House the new Soho Beach House is a two minute walk away at the bottom of Margaret Street. Please note parking is extremely limited and difficult. Residents only by the apartment. Meter parking along seafront bottom of the road but limited and max stay of 2 - 4 hours. Chapel Street car park is only a 4 min walk away. Spaces are limited.
