Great location with sunset views on the balcony. A little closely overlooked perhaps from the promenade but still hard to beat. Lodge was huge! Garage more than big enough for my 7 seat 4x4 and 2 bikes. Welcome pack very generous.

Sunset Lodge is a modern contemporary apartment situated in Fortuneswell in Portland in Dorset and benefits from the sea facing balcony. The cottage can sleep 6 people in 2 king size double bedrooms one with en-suite shower as well as a shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen/diner and two sitting rooms one with electric log effect fire. Garage parking for one car and roadside parking for one car. Sunset Lodge is coastal retreat perfect for families or water sports enthusiasts. Note: Guests are required to bring own cot linen. Note: From the hallway there are 13 steep stairs to the 1st floor with a rail on the right hand side. Note: There are 2 steps up to the 1st floor landing and additional 11 steps up to lounge. Note: Garage 8 ft wide by 8 ft 6". small public car park in front of property or on car park opposite (subject to availability) or on street parking
