The apartment 143 was just like the photographs, very clean plenty of spare towels and bedding. Kitchen very well equipped everything you needed. We did have a minor problem with the fridge but was sorted within the hour. The mains switch by the microwave had been switched off which we did not realise. We had requested a cot for my niece but couldn’t find it in the apartment but a phone call to Louise and it was sorted right away a brand new cot was delivered within half an hour. A special mention to Louise and her staff for sorting out our problems.
