Tara has 5 bedrooms, plus additional study with double pullout sofa bed, an enclosed sun trap garden and on-site parking for two cars (please note the narrow lane approach, this is not suitable for large vehicles). On the first floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area, full length balcony with contemporary corner seating which offers views over St Ives Bay, an ultra modern kitchen with Neff appliances (six ring ceramic hob and double oven), a large American fridge freezer, oak worktops and a large oak dining table to comfortably seat twelve guests. The living area is equipped with BT Infinity broadband, a large flat screen television, which can be enjoyed from the large sumptuous and contemporary sofa. BT Vision with the BT Sports package is also available. There is a separate shower room with toilet and a study with double sofa bed Downstairs is the 5 bedrooms and a large family bathroom with bath. The south facing stone-walled garden is laid to lawn and equipped with seating and a kettle BBQ. There is a separate garage which houses a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. A great addition is the table tennis which will give you hours of amusement.

St Ives is a world-renowned holiday destination with numerous attractions that never fails to delight visitors. You can explore the small, cobbled streets enjoying the multitude of individual shops. The quaint Downalong area bordering the harbour and bedecked in flowers throughout the summer allows visitors to step back in time and reflect on St Ives’ fishing heritage. St Ives is ringed by magnificent award winning beaches offering visitors safe bathing and various activities including surfing, diving, boat trips and fishing. There are many superb restaurants specialising in fresh seafood. The town is famous as an art centre. Many artists have been drawn to the area and the town hosts the prestigious Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum.
