The annexe was spacious, clean and very well equipped. There is a lovely out door space and it is in a very quiet location. It is nice to have a shower and a bath. Owner was very helpful with check in info. Would love to stay again.

Recently refurbished, self contained, detached farm building conversion in peaceful yet accessible rural setting. The property has a large, comfortable lounge and dining area with Sky TV and decking overlooking private garden. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer. Spacious double bedroom with king sized bed. Ensuite bathroom has bath and separate shower. Underfloor heating costs included. Fresh linen and towels provided. Swimming pool, off street parking, secure bike etc storage.
Quiet, rural setting with minimum light pollution surrounded by fields and woodland. Easy access to M1 and A1 motorways and 35 minutes for Luton Airport. Whether is it the historic towns of Olney or Woburn with its golf course and safari park or the shopping of the Centre MK or just to explore the hidden gems of Bedfordshire on foot or bike, a warm welcome awaits you. Should you find yourself working at Cranfield University or the schools of the Harper Trust our property allows access to all in approx 15 minutes. Parking for two cars and safe storage for bikes if required . Local amenities in nearby village include pubs, post office and a Co-op. Within 15 minutes drive there are a collection of pubs and restaurants to choose from. For golfers there is a choice of courses to play and for cyclists a host of routes to follow.
