Well equipped, clean and thoughtfully presented. Deceptively spacious accommodation. A lovely touch from the hosts to provide a bottle of Prosecco and Welsh cakes! Very handy to have car charging on site.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom 1: Bath With Shower Over Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. . Bike store. Electric vehicle charging point. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. The Barn at Pencoed Farm has been renovated to a high standard in 2022 and offers first floor accommodation with open plan living space. A great property for families and friends alike, large lounge with Freeview TV, a dining area and kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath and shower over with a heated towel rail. Parking is to the front of the barn. There is plenty to do in the area whether you are walking or cycling. Bike Park Wales is approximately 8 miles from the property and hosts some of the best mountain biking routes in the world. Zip world is approximtately 5 miles from the property. Afan Argoed Forestry Park is excellent for mountain biking and has been rated in the top ten in the world for mountain bike rides. The stunning Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains offer breath-taking scenery and fabulous walking, and there are several waterfalls within a 20-minute drive. For those who enjoy walking then Garwnant Visitors Centre in the Brecon Beacons is a great place to take the kids - plenty of walks to be had and a great play park.
