Burrowed in the breathtaking grounds of Stoneythorpe Estate, The Barns is comprised of two opulently designed boltholes - The Stables and The Coach House - which stand proudly next to one another in a sun-infused courtyard. Accommodating up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, The Barns make the most serene setting for gathering your loved ones or celebrating a special occasion. With an abundance of light-drenched open-plan living space, this spot invites you to uncover the beauty of Warwickshire and the Cotswolds, or enjoy a world-class event at the nearby Dallas Burston Polo Club (notably the Iconix Agility Series and STRUK UK). Book with us to get exclusive discounts for top attractions and experiences. 4 well-behaved dogs (2 at each property) are permitted at The Barns at Stoneythorpe for an additional fee. There are 3 other dogs on-site and it's essential that dogs are always on leads when outside. If you would like a dining room table set up for 10 guests, please make a request before arrival and the owner will arrange this for you. Guests and dogs are not permitted to wander around the the estate grounds. Guests have private use of the garden only. Stoneythorpe Hall is a working farm. This means that you may encounter sheep, cows and horse riders across the estate. There are CCTV cameras leading up to the property driveway and in the courtyard facing the garage. There are no cameras within the property.

The Barns at Stoneythorpe is situated on the grounds of a Grade II country manor house surrounded by lush green pastureland that’s home to flocks of sheep and a herd of cows. Two picturesque rivers (Itchen and Stowe) cross the parkland, which is also home to a vibrant ecosystem of fish, otters, herons and swans. It lies adjacent to the Dallas Burston Polo Club where the IXL Centre is located, making it the perfect base if you're attending an event. Events are run by top UK organisations including British Showjumping, Kennel Club. Events of note include the Iconix Agility Shows and STRUK UK. The Stables is also located just 35 minutes from the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, home to Shakespeare's Birthplace and the world-renowned Royal Shakespeare Theatre.
