This was amazing! I hate to rave about it because we hope to book it again! It was convenient, so very clean, well planned and organized and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay! We will definitely try to book again. It was so nice to have a kitchen to cook or fix a meal so we didn't have to eat out all the time. This was a *real find* for sure. Thanks to them for such a wonderful stay!!

The Claremont Seaford is a newly refurbished second floor flat, you will have use of the entire floor. When you arrive you will walk up one set of communal stairs, around the corner will be the flat entrance, this will have another set of stairs. Once through the door, this will then take you into a free flowing open hall way with a work space area. You will see some information on the wall; such as emergency information, Wifi code, flat address, flat rules and check out instructions. The heating controller is mounted on the wall next to the desk. To set the heating use + & - The bedroom has a wonderful calming vibe, giving a warming feel, which complements the colours, furnishing and decoration. The king size bed has a new Emma original mattress, this is paired with fresh white bedding. The bed has side tables with lamps, USB sockets and plugs on both sides of the bed. There is a Bamboo open wardrobe with room for hanging your belongings, with open baskets for storing items; beach towels will be provided in the wardrobe. The mirrored dressing table and stool has a plugged in hair dryer hanging on the right side. The room has a full length mirror. The bedroom has Day and Night blinds with blackout curtains. The Bathroom has a (UK standard size) bath with built it thermostatic Mira Shower. Towels will be provide in the bathroom, hand towel, bath sheet and a grey shower mat. Under the sink you will find spare toilet roll and anti slip mat for the shower if required. Use the battery lamp lantern if wanting to soak in dimmer lighting. The living room/kitchen has an open airy feel, very light and bright, giving a warm cozy feeling. This room had 3 big windows fitted with blinds, the kitchen has a black out blind, the living room windows are fitted with Day and Night blinds, with blackout curtains, there is a Full size Brand new Sofa bed with memory foam mattress, dinning Space for 4 Guests, A low wicker chair and 43 inch Smart TV with built in Alexa.
On street parking available in surrounding area, Transport links within walking distance, Seaford train station with links to London. Bus links to Eastbourne and Brighton.
