The Coach House consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a living/dining room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture plus communal lawn and patio with furniture, plus off-road parking in free private car park for two cars. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
