Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for wood burn available locally. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear garden with courtyard and barbecue. 2 small dogs accepted. On road parking. No smoking. . Welcome to The Cottage, a fantastic mid terrace seaside home, a short stroll from the award-winning sandy beach; you will quickly see why this is such a popular choice. A grand promenade and gardens, Pavilion Theatre, beach caf&eacute;, restaurants and a pub offering great refreshments and food are all close-by. Dogs are allowed on the beach all year round and children will love the beach, splashpad and boating pond. The destination is very popular with families, paddle and body boarders, sailors and kite-flyers too. Refurbished in 2023 and thoughtfully prepared for your holiday, the property is filled with comfortable furnishings and is well-equipped. Traditional styled cottage spiral stairs, which are steep and winding, lead up to first floor. For anyone not wanting to cook, you have plenty of choice nearby with plenty of restaurants, and a cliff-top terrace bar to enjoy drinks whilst looking out over the beach. Gorleston town centre is 15 minutes&rsquo; walk with plenty of shops, a supermarket and more restaurants and pubs. For traditional seaside fun visit Great Yarmouth with its amusements, pleasure beach, pier show, Sea Life Centre and the renowned Hippodrome Circus.
