I enjoy visiting the beaches on the north coast at Perranporth and further west at Godrevy

Property info

The Cottage is located on the main road through the village of Probus. Probus is a small but well served village between Truro and St Austell, It is well placed to visit the Eden Project, St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula as well as numerous beaches on both coasts of the county. The cottage consists of a lounge with sofas and a flatscreen TV, dining room with table and chairs, two seater sofa and allows access to the upstairs. The kitchen has all the bits you need for your stay and there is also a downstairs toilet. The garden is decked with a nice seatig area and a gas barbecue. It is south facing and gets many hours of sunlight. Upstairs sees the two double bedrooms and the bathroom which has a shower over the bath. To get to the property by car, travelling west along the A30, remain on the road until Fraddon when you take the B3275 to Ladock. Travel through Ladock until you see the signs for Probus and follow to the village. The Cottage is situated on the right hand side past the petrol station near the traffic calming islands.
