This is an excellent base from which to explore the countryside, with its abundance of walks on quiet country lanes, cycling on dedicated cycle paths, golf and history. Close by is the River Tay, famous for salmon fishing, and the Tay’s tributary rivers (Isla, Ericht, Braan, Lyon, Almond and Dochart) all offer further opportunities for fishing. Gleneagles is a 30-minute drive, whilst St Andrews, Glasgow and Edinburgh can be reached in an hour. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.. Step to entrance. All on the ground floor.
