For the die hard walkers, follow the waves and the coastal path leads to Aberffraw and beyond. Stop for breakfast at the Llys Llewellyn Gegin Bar and continue over to Llanddwyn. Beaumaris is a 30-minute drive but worth a visit for castles, antique shops and ice-cream. Or slip back home to the south facing patio for a dip in the hot tub and enjoy a crackling fire on the lawn.
