In the next village, Kirby Cane, is the fantastic Italian bar and restaurant, The Olive Tree. Just a few minutes in the car are the unspoilt market towns of Bungay, with its historic castle remains and Beccles, with its market square and winding streets nestled by the River Waveney, which makes it a gateway to the Broads, where you can hire boats for an excellent day out.
