Accommodation was first class couldn't fault it . We arrived to a beautiful property that the owner had spent time making it a great holiday let , also the bottle of wine upon arrival was a nice touch as was the milk in the fridge along with tea, coffee and sugar oh and not forgetting the biscuits which meant you didn't need to rush out to get stuff in for a cuppa 😁 after a long journey

Situated in a peaceful area of St Ives, ideal for visiting the town and exploring what Cornwall has to offer. The 3 bedroom property is newly decorated, light, modern and airy, with dedicated parking for 2 cars.
Hello I'm Elise, I host with my husband, James, our son and French Bulldog, Milo. We have lived in St Ives all our lives and adore everything the town, and the rest of Cornwall, has to offer! When we are not working you will find us walking the coastal paths & beaches, then you will probably catch us later in a pub. We enjoy travelling when we can, exploring new places, culture and cuisine. I am a part-time artist/printmaker and love all things creative - most of the art in our property was made by me. St Ives has a great art community and there is always something to try your hand at, which I love! We are a laid back, friendly family and we hope you find our little slice of St Ives a perfect home away from home. Rest your heads after a busy day seeking adventures and exploring all Cornwall has to offer. The Lookout is an entire home for guests to enjoy without interruption. You will have your own private parking at the front of the property. We live on the same road, a few doors away and will not disturb you, but are on hand should you have any questions.
Our location is approximately a mile out of the town centre at the top of St Ives, the walk into town is all downhill and fairly easy - this does mean the walk up is slightly more intense and uphill, but manageable. There are Taxis and buses which will drop you to the property or at the end of the lane. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on a private lane, please drive slowly. There is a footpath leading onto the road into town which is much safer than going around on the main road. To get to it: turn left out the door, go down the bumpy path and continue down through the wooden gate at the end. Walk down to the main road from Joannies Avenue, and you can cross over onto the pavement. Carry on walking straight down the Stennack road and town is about a 15-20 minute walk downhill and about 1 mile
