Originally known as Cobbs Bank, this charming Grade II listed former bank dates back to 1800 and is located right in the heart of the vibrant Old Town of Margate, surrounded by wonderful, quirky boutique and antique shops, award winning cafes and restaurants and exciting independent art galleries. The Old Bank House is also just a short stroll to the golden Main Sands and Harbour Arm, the Turner Contemporary art gallery, and the iconic Dreamland vintage funfair and music venue.

Among Kent’s quaint seaside villages, the town of Margate hits the sights and senses like a veritable metropolis. On the one hand, Margate supplies all the traditional seaside favourites: rides, arcades and (great) fish and chips set around a great sweep of yellow sand.
