This is an outstandingly well renovated barn conversion. Perfect for a couple, maybe on that romantic getaway, 1 double bed upstairs and 1 small double sofa bed downstairs. Lovely big bathroom upstairs with shower. Kitchen with dining table and a sofa in so you can have a chat whilst preparing breakfast, and a dishwasher so no need to wash up!! Door leading out to the patio. Lounge with a sofa and also a sofa bed in. Smart Tv in bedroom and lounge. Very light and airy and spacious. Patio area outside with comfortable garden furniture to relax on in your own private enclosed area. All you could want for your holiday. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty to do though in the Forest of Dean. Beautiful wooded walks. Fab places to eat out if so desired. Space to park 2 cars in private off road area.
We are on a small working farm and we breed a flock of commercial sheep. We absolutely love it here and are convinced you will too. There is plenty to see and do.
Fabulous walks in the wood, bluebells and wild garlic are incredible sights in April / May. Wild boar roam free as do deer and Forest sheep with their lambs. Forest of Dean is great for walking, cycling ( there are fab trails for this, family ones or even up to VERY adventurous ones!! Which ones will you choose!! Or try your hand at canoeing down the river Wye. Coleford is a small market town which is a short drive away, Monmouth is a bit bigger and so is Ross on Wye. Newport, Cardiff and Bristol are about an hours drive away. Things to do and places to see can be found in your welcome pack at the property but can include Tintern abbey -a must see- Go Ape, Mallards Pike, Perrygrove railway, Clearwell caves and Puzzlewood where a lot of Dr Who has been filmed. Come and see for yourself!!!!
