I recently stayed at this beautiful house with my friends and family, everyone was thoroughly impressed. We loved the kids' playing corner and cinema room, which made it perfect for accommodating large families like ours. The Old Stables is a fantastic location to bring together friends and family. Located in the beautiful town of Alyth, just 5 miles from Blairgowrie, it sits in the rolling foothills of the Grampian Mountains, adjacent to the delightful Forest of Alyth. Set in Perthshire - voted the worlds most welcoming region 2024 - you'll be able to spend your days exploring the adventurous area with ample outdoor activities and relax at night in our indulgent hot tub and sauna.

The small Town of Alyth lies approximately 5 miles from Blairgowrie and approximately 20 miles North of Perth and could not be better located for its quick commuting routes towards Highland Perthshire, Dundee and Aberdeen. The village itself offers plenty of local amenities and has nearby shops, a butchers, bakers, and local pub all within easy walking distance of this property. The property has ample, off street car parking. Local amenities are accessible on foot. Should you wish, there is a local bus service to Blairgowrie, Dundee and further a field.
