The Old Toll House is a fabulous 3-bedroom deluxe retreat which comfortably accommodates 8 people and is located just minutes’ drive from the picturesque and world-renowned St Andrews, beach, harbour, and championship golf courses! The well-appointed accommodation features two double bedrooms and then a further twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom also have an additional pull-out single bed. The separate dining adjacent to the kitchen features a stylish circular dining table with 6 chairs plus additional comfy chairs ideal for a quiet few minutes reading a book or simply taking in the views. The kitchen complete with informal island and stool seating offers modern appliances including electric oven, hobs, and microwave. The utility area also features a washing machine with dryer, iron & ironing board. The garden includes an enclosed patio area with a well positioned luxurious hot tub offering the perfect opportunity to relax of an evening whilst listening to the coastal waves and stargazing on a clear night.

The Old Toll House is adjacent to the A91 in Edenside, 7 minutes’ drive by car or bus into St Andrews. Dundee is only 11 miles; Perth 30 miles and the vibrant capital city of Edinburgh is only 52 miles. If you prefer to explore Edinburgh without having to find parking, there is a regular train service from Leuchars Station (5 minus from Edenside) and you can be in the city centre in under an hour.
