For guests wanting to use the EV charging service, a GBP 100 deposit/week will be taken by BACS 2 weeks prior to your stay, directly with the owner. The electric usage to the socket is metered; the meter will be read at the end of your stay and you will be refunded the difference between the deposit and the actual reading, by BACS. Electricity for this car charging only (electricity internal to the property is included in the cost of the stay) will be charged at 10p/kWh over the rate the owner pays to cover installation and maintenance and you will be informed of the current rate prior to paying the deposit.
