There is a double bedroom with TV, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed shared garden with lawn, decking, and furniture, plus private parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome. Within 2.4 miles you will find a shop, within 1.6 miles, a beach, and within 3.2 miles, a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property.
