THE PROPERTY: Just a few steps from the Petworth town centre, The Poolhouse offers three doubles bedrooms plus its own swimming pool, a luxury base for responsible adult groups, and families with children over 14 years of age. The front doors enters into the open plan living space, with a sitting room area offering sofas sat in front of a large Smart TV. There is a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also downstairs is Bedroom One with a king size bed, en-suite wet room and access down to the pool garden. Upstairs on the first floor, there is a lounge area with a sofa (see ‘Useful information’ re sofa bed) which leads to the other two bedrooms. Bedroom Two offers a king size bed and en-suite shower room, and Bedroom Three a double bed and en-suite shower. Outside, the pool area is accessed via Bedroom One and provides a table, chairs and 6 sun loungers. The swimming pool is open and included for stay dates from 24 May to 22 Sept 2024.
