Perfect location for a group of orchestral musicians performing on the bandstand. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped apartment with excellent cooking facilities….if you actually do want to cook! Comfortable relaxing and eating facilities, just sufficient space for four adults. Excellent bathrooms and generally modern interior finishes and fresh bedlinen. Management company excellent in providing keys, parking permits and in responding quickly to queries during our stay.

Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation in Eastbourne. Both Carl & Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple – to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival?

This property is situated in the heart of town in the Devonshire area. This part of town is one of the most sought after locations in Eastbourne with the beaches of Eastbourne, the international tennis centre and two historic theatres all within a short walking distance. You are also situated just a few minutes away from the town centre which has just undergone a huge multi-million pound refurbishment. You can enjoy dozens of delicious restaurants, cafes and popular retail shops all within a few hundred yards from your front door. This property is strictly for non smokers.
