Rockstone Holiday Homes is a family run holiday home management company based in Whitstable, managing and letting holiday homes in Whitstable and the surrounding areas. The owners Tom and Emily, are life-long residents of Whitstable and have owned and managed holiday homes since 2012, providing a wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind in this beautiful town. We live in the town, and we're happy to attend the property if you need us, or answer calls/messages if you have any questions. Keys are collected from the key box (we'll send you full details once you've booked) and you can come and go as you need to.

Five minutes walk from Whitstable’s famous High Street with its unique independent shops, restaurants and galleries, and ten minutes to the beach, this beautiful apartment in a quiet residential area includes a patio garden and a parking space. It also offers modern comforts including TV and Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome. Cotton linens/towels and environmentally friendly soap/shampoo and cleaning products are provided for use during your stay. With two bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge this apartment offers tranquillity and affordability for your perfect trip to Whitstable. Bedroom 1 has a a king sized bed and an additional single bed, solid pine wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and fitted wardrobe. Large lounge-dining room with deep cozy sofa, TV with freeview, dining table for 5, opening onto the patio garden. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob and electric oven, and everything needed to cook up a feast or enjoy a takeaway. Free off-street parking to the front of the property. Garden table and chairs and sun shade. Please Note: This accommodation has emergency exits from the bedrooms that may make their use more difficult for some people, for example people with specific disabilities, vulnerable people, or children. There are also steps at the entrance to the property.

This home is on a quiet residential street in Whitstable, one of Kent's real treasures, and is a short stroll away from the train station and seafront. Whitstable's famous high street with its unique independent shops, restaurants, and galleries is only five minutes walk. There's a lot to see within walking distance, so if you decide to stay without a car you'll have plenty to do. If you drive, then there's private parking for you. It does get busy over weekends in the summer so having a parking space provided is a real bonus. The buses to Canterbury and beyond run along the main road, so you're a few minutes from where they stop. The train station is 10 minutes walk away. High speed trains from Whitstable run straight to St Pancras in just over an hour and round to Dover and Margate in less.
