This “Grade 2” listed building, once part of the SMALL ARMS FACTORY, now a beautifully converted residential family home. Enjoy spacious grandeur in this sunlit space, adorned with ornate stained-glass windows, hand-painted murals, and sculptures throughout. Luxurious ipe wood flooring adds a touch of modern comfort to the traditional ambiance. Originally erected as the pattern room for small arms in the late eighteen hundreds it provides a wonderful experience of opulence, peacefully situated on the fringe of Greater London, in Enfield Island Village. It is conveniently located just 22 minutes from Liverpool Street railway station and 35 minutes from Central London and within easy access to the M25. The bright and airy interior opens out into a most beautifully established and traditional English countryside, providing a 25 square mile oasis of unrushed tranquillity.
