The Smithy is a detached, Cotswold cottage based in Broadwell, Gloucestershire. The property is packed with history as it used to be home to the village blacksmith, with his workshop tucked away next old workshop barn next door hasn’t been touched, so part of its original history remains intact. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen with a dining area, as well as a living room with an electric flame effect fire, as well as a ground floor cloakroom and WC. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC, and a twin bedroom. There is a separate wet room style shower room and WC. There is a large garden area, with a terrace and a table and chairs. Ample off road parking is provided. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of 25.00. NOTE: This property has a 100 good housekeeping bond This amount is automatically shadowed when the booking is madePLEASE NOTE: From Monday 10th November 2023 the external barn will be going through a full refurbishment. There will be scaffolding across the barn area with limited parking. Works will take place between 8am on a Monday morning until 4pm on a Friday afternoon for the foreseeable future. There will be no workmen onsite during the Christmas and New Year period. Or Good Friday and Easter Monday.25 extra charge for pets

In less than an hour, you can reach the nearby regency spa town of Cheltenham.
