Le tout, c'était parfait, très bien situé dans un petit village où il fait calme et pas loin de Canterbury, 10 minutes en voiture. Magnifique studio tout confort. Le propriétaire super gentil. On y retournera sans hésiter.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Smart TV Bathroom 1: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Back garden with patio, firepit, sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 6 years old. There is a pond in the garden. . This stunning newly converted design studio and extension has been renovated to a very high spec by the owners, with attention to detail in many ways. The property boasts two double bedrooms at either end, with the master bedroom incorporating wall to wall full height sliding windows overlooking shallow ponds and water features as well as the patio area of the garden. The open plan living area and garden room have been kitted out with little trinkets of history, blending pleasantly with all the expected mod cons and some added extras too. The Studio offers guests space and comfort in a lovely peaceful central setting with plenty to do for all the family.
