A self-contained studio with double bed and en-suite shower room situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Basic breakfast items are included (tea, coffee, cereal, milk and bread), this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). There is a small dining table and chairs with electric sockets close by. Free WIFI is available. The TV works for on demand apps only (Please note there is no terrestrial TV it all works through the internet, please bring your Firestick or similar device for watching your favourite shows!) There is a private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Within a 10 mile radius of Goodwood Racing and the historic cities of Chichester and Arundel. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your stay with us.

Quiet cul-de-sac. Parking off-road on driveway. Short walk to local amenities in the village including convenience store, pharmacy, butchers, post office, off licence and pubs. Short walk to bus stop for routes to explore the surrounding area including Chichester, Arundel and Brighton. Train station in Bognor Regis town centre. Lots of local walks we can direct you on!
