Great find and a wonderful little base for the Chichester area, close to shops and 52/53 buses to the Witterings. Comfortable and clean. Quiet. Dog friendly without extra charge, which was nice. Facilities to do most things, including cooking, with double electric hob [stored in the cupboard] and a full range of utensils and wine glasses etc. Nice spacious toilet and shower room, and the shower was excellent. Free coffee if you know how to operate the machine. Whole space is a converted integral garage, and it's been done very well, with even a small secluded outside patio area (no views). Communication from owners clear and helpful, though never saw them as keys are obtained from the little key safe.

Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard the studio has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Chichester. The Studio has a contemporary feel with a light living area which benefits from underfloor heating, French doors on to small outside space with table small table and two chairs, giving a bright and airy feel in summer. Tea, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge, iron, mirror, hair dryer all provided and access to wifi. The studio offers plenty of parking with use of the drive and has the privacy of its own entrance. *Pets are also welcome as we know they are part of the family, however please respect the studio as you would your own home, an additional charge per night will be applicable per pet.
