The Westlands Apartment in High Barnes Sunderland is a beautiful large 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Victorian property situated in Sunderland, The Sunderland Royal hospital is on the door step with easy transport links to Durham and Newcastle the area is perfect for those wanting to explore different areas of the north east. Sunderland has a beautiful beach which has a variety of bars, restaurant's and arcades along the sea front. There is also the stadium of light 3.7km away, Gateshead 19km away the theatre Royal and Beamish Museum are 20km away, the land sea and air Museum and national glass centre are near by , you will never be short of something to do in Sunderland and if you wish to venture outside of Sunderland there are trains and buses that travel to the surroundings areas. The apartment comprises of an entrance hall, leading to the lounge, Kitchen, Dinning area, the lounge area has a large comfortable sofa which can be turned into a sofa bed upon request. (Addition charge) armchair, free view TV, the open plan kitchen area includes all the essentials required during your stay, utensils ,toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer ,air fryer, coffee machine, 4 seater dining table The double bedroom has ample storage for your belongings, bed can be split into 2 singles on request. We do provide a travel cot with mattress for new born / young children on request (need to supply own bedding / blanket) Boasting quiet street views, the Westlands apartment features accommodation with a garden and a lovely private patio area at the rear. Private parking space for one car in a secured garage.

Chester road is a very quiet area for guests to have a peaceful stay. This friendly community has treed lined streets making it ideal for leisurely strolls.
