With easy access by car and train to Harrogate, Leeds and York, Time House Cottage is the perfect holiday retreat. You’ll have your own entrance to your self-contained, two-bedroom cottage with a spacious living room, separate kitchen, and courtyard area for summer evenings. Bring your pooch for wonderful walks in the Yorkshire countryside before putting your feet up with a glass of wine in front of the 72" telly. Unfortunately, our space isn’t suitable for young children.
We're a friendly, dog-loving couple in our 50s who work from home. Elaine is Northern Irish and loves the craic. She's super active and enjoys playing tennis as much as she can in the lovely local Almscliffe Club. Gareth is rugby-mad and loves to watch Wales play from the comfort of the sofa. Elaine has been hosting for many years and is passionate about guests having a lovely break away in spotless and stylish surroundings.
Huby is a very quiet, peaceful village. There are pretty circular dog walks and cycle routes from the house. The spectacular Almscliffe Crag is a 20-minute walk away. 5-minute walk to Weeton train station with direct trains to Leeds, Harrogate, Headingley, Horsforth, York and Knaresborough. Buses to the airport nearby. An easy drive to Leeds, Harrogate, Ilkley and Otley and fantastic countryside walks. 10-minute drive to Waitrose or Sainsburys to stock up the kitchen. 10 minutes from Harewood House and The Yorkshire Showground. Nearest pub is 1 mile away.
