The property was fantastic beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Perfect location for me as I was working less than a mile up the road. Luca was very flexible and accommodating as I had a nightmare journey so kept changing the arrival time. Love the attention to detail and the very kind thought of milk and drinks in the fridge and tea, coffee, cereals etc. I will definitely be booking again on my next visit and cannot recommend Luca and her beautiful sleeping nook enough.

Enjoy your stay at this newly renovated tiny house with a unique mezzanine bedroom in a lovely small village close to Lincoln and Newark. There is a train station in walking distance and a pub in the heart of the village. This self contained house has a lovely new bathroom, small dining area that can be used as a workspace. The kitchenette is set up with everything you would need for a short stay: an electric hotplate, toaster, kettle, fridge and a dolce gusto coffee machine. * To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, please note that our little house features a ladder to the mezzanine bedroom, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges.
